Anew Reach provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to social media management, web development, SEO, content creation, and advertising campaigns. The scope of services, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate agreements with each client.

2. Payment Terms

  • Fees: All fees for services must be paid upfront or as agreed in the client contract. Non-refundable fees include, but are not limited to, setup fees, design fees, and membership fees.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees, as specified in the client agreement.
  • Disputed Transactions: Any disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction. A dispute resolution fee may apply.

3. Client Obligations

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed to deliver the services.
  • Clients agree not to use the services for illegal activities, including but not limited to spam, fraud, or copyright infringement.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials and content developed by New Reach for the client remain the intellectual property of the agency until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a license to use the materials for their intended purposes as outlined in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the term of the agreement, unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

New Reach shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its services, including loss of business, revenue, or profits.

7. Termination

New Reach reserves the right to terminate services at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Clients may also terminate services per their agreement guidelines. Termination may be subject to fees or penalties as outlined in the client agreement.

8. Amendments

New Reach reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this website. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah.
